Safety & Compliance
All training is delivered under strict medical and ethical guidelines. Treatments are performed only by qualified practitioners under the close supervision of expert trainers to guarantee safe, effective practice. Full attendance and active participation are essential for certification.
Booking & Payments
To secure your place on a course, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your commitment and allows us to allocate resources for your training. The remaining balance must be paid in full before your scheduled course date. Please note that places cannot be guaranteed until payment has been received. Cancellations or non-attendance will result in the loss of deposit, and late arrivals may not be admitted in order to protect the learning experience for all delegates.
Attendance & Professionalism
Attendance at every session is essential to meet course requirements and achieve certification. Delegates are expected to arrive promptly, participate fully in both theory and practical elements, and complete all required assessments. Professional behaviour and respect towards trainers, peers, and models are mandatory to create a supportive environment where everyone can learn and succeed. Failure to meet these standards may impact progression or certification.
